Type X

Type X barrier is a non-proprietary temporary concrete barrier. It has been successfully crash-tested in accordance with NCHRP Report 350 and MASH Test Level 3. Type X barrier comes in 3m, 4m, and 9m segments. The 3m and 9m sections are suitable for freestanding reduced deflection category III applications. The 4m sections are suitable for restraints permitted reduced deflections category IV applications.
